Once you’ve completed the application, here is what to expect:

• You will receive a confirmation email from the Office of Federal Student Aid
• The Office of Federal Student Aid will review your account and contact you if more information is needed
• Once approved, you and your loan servicer will get notified and the debt relief will be added to your eligible account
